Refund Policy

Each item in this shop is created with care and attention. Because many products are made to order, the following refund policy applies:

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll happily replace or refund the item.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
